False advertisement is illegal, Hi so I purchased a few items from nastygal and when I received them they were not the sizes that I purchased so I got in touch with them via WhatsApp and spoke to various people whom was not very helpful with helping me return my order as I have never had to return anything before anyway I eventually figured it out and sent back my parcel, I contacted nastygal today about my order being cancelled so I could order something else only to be messaged by someone called Charlotte being very rude I asked way and said carry on being rude so that is why I am contacting you today with my concerns please could you look into this as I am looking to take this further as I think your staff should be more helpful myself and my daughters was intending to spend quite a lot of money on your online shop could you please get back to me ASAP please thanks kind regards Mrs c mcwhirter.
